We have described the refund or money-back guarantee policy pretty straight & simple so you don't need to go through hundreds of pages to understand its exact meaning. Make sure you go-through every line before you make an order with us.
1. For International Likes orders, if your order is delayed to process or if we fail to deliver on time as mentioned on our order page, drop us an email through our contact form. Once we confirm you that we're working on it, get us 72 working hrs to complete it. If we're unable to complete it for some reason or other, you will receive 100% Money Back in a day or two to your PayPal A/c or to your Credit Card whichever payment mode you've used to make the order with us.
2. For Targeted Likes orders, sometimes it takes about a week to process your order and there might be delay of (+) or (-) 3 business weeks than mentioned on our order page as it depends upon lots of factors that are out of our control. If we're still delaying, you'll receive a % of refund amount equal to the amount of likes that are not delivered based on the package & price you have chosen, which means, if we did not even provide you with a single fan, you will be refunded 100% or if we have complete your order 50%, you will be entitled for 50% refund.
3. Refund for targeted Orders At times some country targeted likes as a part of Fb marketing may not be available, for which we provide you with worldwide targeted Likes. Note that any refund request on targeted orders cannot be provided if the order has been processed. However, as part of satisfaction to the customer, we can provide extra Worldwide likes.
If you're not satisfied with our quality of service, drop us an email through our contact form justifying a valid reason for dis-satisfaction with our service and we'll try our best to rectify it with bonuses as soon as possible. Incase if you're still not satisfied, you'll be refunded somewhere between 5% to 30% based on the nature & severity of the issue you're facing.
